You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site (“our site”) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise whilst using our services, including applications buttons, browsers, plugins and application programming interfaces (the “Services”). This includes information you provide when you register to use our site or the Services, search for a product/recipe, place an order via our site or as a result of using our Services, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our site or via our Services, enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our site or Services. The information you give us may include your name, e-mail address and phone number, credit card information, personal description and photograph.


With regard to each of your visits to our site or when using the Services we may automatically collect the following:

3.1 You can stop all collection of information by the Services easily by uninstalling the Mobile Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at 

3.2 Our site and our Services may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.


We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Services and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Services, please contact us at and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Services to function properly.


We do not use the Services to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
